Owner and Director, Sarah Fountain, has over 25 years experience as an HR professional in a number of senior roles in both the hotel and retail sectors, making her a valuable resource to complement your business. Sarah has a pragmatic and balanced approach and understands what will work for both individuals and the organisation as a whole. She is able to develop and deliver commercially-focused people strategies which are tailored to both corporate and individual needs. With the ability to work with clients who have a specific HR challenge which needs addressing, or those who require a review of, or development of, a people strategy, Sarah can offer advice, guidance and solutions on all areas of the HR agenda.
