Forest Holidays and Sarah Fountain (odfconsulting) are now well into our 3rd year of partnership together. Sarah has done an outstanding job in helping us understand our people requirements and develop our people strategy. She works with pace, professionalism and perfection in a very engaging way. Sarah initially worked with us on delivering the ‘Insights Discovery’ programme for our senior leadership team.
